Kauai Hot Yoga studio is located in the heart of Lihue and our funky, beachy studio provides a 750 square foot yoga room, men and women's showers, kangen water, and a yoga boutique for all your retreat needs.
We offer hot yoga retreats in one of the most beautiful travel destinations, the western Hawaiian island of Kaua'i. Kauai is the farthest from a land mass than anywhere in the world, and is considered to be one of the most healing places in the planet. With remote beaches, breathtaking views, farm to table food, a laid-back culture, and a unique and fascinating history, you will easily see why this is considered one of the most precious islands in the world. Known for it's healing powers, Kauai provides the perfect backdrop for your next hot yoga vacation. Attend an upcoming hot yoga retreat in Poipu, one of our favorite beach towns, where it's always sunny and sea turtles and monk seals can be found bathing on the sandy beaches. We also offer retreats in Kapaa, Lihue, Princeville, Hanalei and other beautiful towns on the island.
Once you arrive, let us take care of you the "Aloha" way. At Kauai Hot Yoga Retreats, we will make sure you are provided for throughout your retreat and that you have the best experience possible. Each of our hot yoga retreats offered is unique and we consider you a very special guest on our island.
Quincy Chang (attended Rajashree Choudhury's Retreat in February, 2016)
"Learning from others in the retreat was a tremendous experience; I cannot stress enough how valuable this was, especially from others at various stages in their yoga practices. Whether you have been practicing for six months or thirty years, everyone comes from different walks of life--- bringing individual elements that blend into their practice. I cannot stress enough how valuable this was, and for everyone to bond.
Yoga is a union of mind, body, and spirit-- something we all need to revisit in our busy lives, and reflect to make sure the connection across all three elements remains consistent and strong. This retreat is a perfect opportunity to examine that, and Kauai is a fantastic setting for a retreat. Rajashree's retreat brings a wealth of knowledge to not only help you further your practice, but she is also a terrific, insightful person who can connect with everyone she meets.
I cannot recommend this retreat enough. The privilege of getting to know everyone in our group, with all of the wonder and adventure that Kauai brings, all make for an unforgettable experience!"
