Kauai Hot Yoga in Lihue is the island's central source for yoga classes, hot yoga, pilates, sound healing, cold plunging, workshops, trainings, and hosting hot yoga retreats. We are conveniently located at 3-3122 Kuhio Highway in the Lihue Annex Shopping Center, just south of Kapaa and north of Poipu and Koloa, in the heart of Kauai. You will find us behind the Subway restaurant, between The Parlor Barbershop and Skintique.

Kauai Hot Yoga in Lihue is providing the best of the hot yoga world in heating and flooring! We have showers and changing rooms so that you can be fresh and ready to go after yoga class. Shop at our yoga boutique and get the latest hot yoga products and fashions at reasonable prices. We offer free kangen water (alkaline water) for all our students so bring your refillable bottle.

Why Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga helps you to relax and safely stretch muscles and improve flexibility, strength, and stamina. Heat accelerates chemical processes in the body so when you practice hot yoga you burn fats faster, break down acidity faster, and detox your body faster, while at the same time flushing it with oxygenated blood. People LOVE the results from their hot yoga classes and find they have more energy and confidence and less anxiety and pain. Come see for yourself! We recommend taking three classes a week (minimum) to see and maintain results. Our classes are for beginners and all levels.
