About Us
Our Studio!
Our beautiful studio offers a spacious yoga room with a state of the art infrared heating system we use in all of our hot classes. We offer both heated and non-heated classes, as well as workshops and special events. We have cold plunging available after all hot classes. We provide men's and women's changing rooms with showers and free filtered alkaline water (kangen water) for all of our students. We rent towels and mats for your convenience. We have a lovely yoga boutique for you to shop as well.
Cold Plunging
We offer cold plunging at Kauai Hot Yoga. After a hot yoga class, rinse off, then take a cold plunge in our new state of the art, commercial Cold Plunge tub.
Cold plunging can elevate your energy, speed up recovery time, improve athletic performance, boost your immune system, increase your baseline dopamine, boost your mood, relieve pain, relieve stress, and improve sleep. It is the perfect compliment to hot yoga and infrared heat! Pre-registration is required to use the cold plunge. You will need to bring a towel and bathing suit or yoga outfit to wear in the plunge. You will need to shower off before plunging. Please do not have any oils or lotions on your skin and do not dunk your head if you have dyed your hair in the past 10 days. If you have any pre-existing medical condition that you are aware of that could be affected by the cold, then please consult your doctor before entering the plunge. You must sign our studio waiver before entering the plunge.
