*Hot Yoga 26&2 Series (Bikram Yoga): This beginner friendly, traditional hatha yoga class features 26 poses and two breathing exercises, done in a room heated to over 100 degrees, designed to work every muscle, organ, gland, and cell in your body, providing overall health, vitality, healing from injuries, weight loss, and mental clarity.
*Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga based in Traditional Chinese Medicine with postures that are held for longer periods of time—1-5 minutes. *Not heated
*Hot Vinyasa (including Slow Flow) The movement is aligned with the breath and there is a dynamic flow from posture to posture. Also known as Flow Yoga or Power Yoga and are derived from Ashtanga Yoga.
*Hot Yoga Plus This Class introduces new postures and skills to people who have a foundation in yoga. It’s challenging, fun, and accessible and does not require any advanced skills. This class is not a fixed sequence, so expect to explore slightly different postures each time.
*Hot Yoga Sculpt This energetic class combines hot Vinyasa with cardio, weights, and breath work for the ultimate workout experience.
*Pilates This is designed to improve physical strength, core strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
*Inferno Hot Pilates A High Intensity Interval training class using Pilates principals.
*Restorative Yoga A relaxing style of Yoga focusing on restoring the mind and body through restful poses. Not heated.
*26&2/Vinyasa Fusion This class combines the best of two of the most popular styles of yoga, 26&2 and Vinyasa!
*Classes w/ Sound Bath Sound bath classes use various musical instruments, that create sound frequencies to activate alpha and theta wavelengths in the brain and allow you to access deeper states of mediation, while clearing discordance from your energy field.
